There are many types of relationships and we have many of them throughout our lives. A relationship can be defined as a way in which two or more people are connected. Based on this definition we can have relationships with family members and friends, relationships with partners, coaches, teachers or medical professionals. These relationships have a large impact on our life and this impact can be positive or negative depending on the type of relationship you have so its important to check that the relationship is healthy rather than unhealthy.
